Tony Stanley

After graduating from West Chester University with a degree in Finance, Tony worked for a number of years at SEI Investments in Wayne, Pennsylvania. He relocated to the Washington, DC Metropolitan area to pursue a career that directly impacts individuals’ lives through financial security. Tony joined Northwestern Mutual as a Financial Representative with The Washington Group in 2002. He quickly became a leader and mentor among the agency’s sales force.

 

In 2004, Tony began his path in leadership as a Field Director for The Washington Group. In this role, he was responsible for recruiting, training, new FR development, as well as the day to day agency operations. As a result of his successful performance, he was given the opportunity to open an office in Leesburg, Virginia. In addition to managing his personal practice, as Managing Director for The Loudoun Financial Group (LFG), Tony thoroughly enjoys the ability to impact the lives of current and future financial representatives through helping them see, and achieve, their full potential.

 

Tony’s wife, Holly, joined LFG as Director of Strategic Marketing in 2008. They currently reside in Loudoun County with their son, Greysen.

 

 

Ginny Beers

Ginny graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration. After being referred to Northwestern Mutual Financial Network in 2005, Ginny has found her niche. She has held the positions of Director of Campus Recruitment, Director of Training & Development and currently is the Director of Development of Loudoun Financial Group. Since joining NMFN, Ginny has facilitated numerous training seminars which prepare new Financial Representatives for their upcoming career along with developing all under-five year FRs. Her true passion is unlocking each new FRs potential for this great career by being a business coach. She is a certified coach within NMFN and enjoys helping people do what seems to be impossible.

Holly Stanley

Holly graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing. She joined the Loudoun Financial Group with over 13 years of marketing and management experience in the commercial construction industry. She held the positions of Marketing Director, Regional Quality Manager, and Director of Strategy and Development for the Washington, DC, office of an international construction services firm. In such roles, Holly worked with the senior management team to create, develop, and execute various continuous improvement programs across the business. In addition to program development, Holly has facilitated numerous training and partnering sessions for internal and external clients. As Director of Marketing for the Loudoun Financial Group, Holly currently focuses her strengths on branding and growth strategies for the office and its financial representatives.
